Initial inquiry
After reviewing the inquiry to determine if I would be a good fit for the project, you will receive a questionnaire to clarify further details of the project. I will ask you to send over images of logos, artwork, business cards, etc. that you like and make a mood board. The mood board will serve as a reference while I am designing your project. 
After receipt of the completed questionnaire and photos, we can set up a phone or Zoom meeting to discuss the details further and the expectations of the project if needed.
After the consultation, if you would like to proceed,  a contract, invoice, and payment link will be sent. Two payment options are available: 50% upfront with the remainder 50% to be paid before final files are released or pay the invoice in full and receive a savings of 15%.
After payment is received, the following will be provided:
3 Initial Concepts (usually takes about a week)
After determining which concept you would like to move forward with, further refinement of the chosen design will be started. The length of the project will depend on how many revisions will be needed.
Input from you regarding the design will be requested. 
3 revisions are included in the price. Any further revisions will be billed at $30 an hour.  
Your final review of the design will be requested. 
Once we are done, all files related to your project including native files will be sent to you.
